Lost my TRS but was below on my %%%

I lost my top rated seller but when i checked on the 20th the worst rating i had was .51 so I was still in Range to keep my TRS but the took it from me ...

This ever happen to anyone else or am I missing something here

Unfortunately, 0.51 is above the maximum of 0.50 😞

Did that just change because it was always .60 .... As a matter of fact right now it is saying I am Top rated for my next evaluation...

The information I was looking at and the link I provided is from eBay.com where the maximum is 0.50

on eBay.ca it is 0.60 :

The loss of TRS status may be related to other factors than that maximum of 0.60

thanks pierre ... I went over everything and there is no reason I should have lost it .. I am on the phone right now so will be finding out soon ... Maybe something happened and i was rated like i was a .com seller or something ...

My businesest month in 13 months and I have to lose my discount ;(

OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOo Crooks I tell you ... They said o when we did you evaluation your rating was .66 and shortly after "Same day" it dropped to .51 .....

Can you say Conveinent ... How within 5 seconds of losing my status did I drop from a .66 to a .51 .... Literally i was on my comp saw my status go away click my rating and it was .51 ...

seriously ebay 5 second maybe 10 and your telling me my ratings changed within 10 seconds ...  booooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo

I suggest you contact eBay.ca co-manager and ask him to investigate.

On the 20h the view changes to the current performance with all fb left in march counting.  The evaluation done on the 20th is transactions to the end of feb.  So you can show as being on track on the 20th just as you lose it as the evaluation is counting Feb 2012 and not march 2013 transaction dates that start being reflected in the current performance

er, the evaluation that was just done was March 2102 to Feb 28 transaction dates. While the current performance is now showing  Apr 2102 to march 2013

It is sad to know that eBay is so excited about removing your TRS, discounts or whatever each time.  If eBay didn't want you to earn 20% discount, then they should retire those insane things and stop "killing" us as sellers and go after the buyers who are scammers, unpaid item bidders, etc.
