It saddens me to write this but its been obvious for a long time and it really bothers me. The majority of my low DSR ratings are from Canadian buyers. They are a very small percentage of my purchasers, yet it seems that most of my low DSR ratings are from them.
My Global DSR ratings show 4 in Item as described, 2 in communication, 2 for shipping time and 3 for shipping charges. Out of this total USA shows 1 for item as described, 1 for Communication, 1 for shipping time and 1 for shipping charges. None for other areas which tells me that the rest of the low DSR ratings are from Canadians.
I am a very proud Canadian. I think our nation stands out as being one of the best in the world. We are respected world wide. These ratings shock me.
