I understand the concept of why they put in this process about withholding payment on completed transactions until you meet the requirement of 90 days, $250, etc, etc but I think that its crappy that they'll still require payment for your selling of an item but will withold your payment of 30 days.
I don't use ebay that often so it means i'm going to not use ebay as much, or have to wait for my money every time because its going to take me awhile to hit the min. threshold.
