Not received an item but listing from my ebay summary is no longer showing so cannot contact seller

Hi, I purchased a bird necklace on ebay but the listing has been removed from my ebay summary. So I have no way of contacting the seller at all.  What should I do?

Retrieve it from your archive.

Click on purchase history

Click on archive

Select time frame from drop down menu

You can also find the transaction in your paypal history.

If the purchase was long enough ago that it has been archived I would open a dispute through paypal

Your payment will still be in your Paypal account.

If more than 45 days have passed however, PP will not help you get a refund.

Go to the credit card you actually paid from (PP is just the mediator) and phone the 1-800 customer service number. Ask about a chargeback. Have all the transaction information handy for the clerk to handle the refund.
