This seller has an interesting way to get around the rule. Since almost no one has a "Discover" credit card, cheques and money orders it isB-)

Huh.

I would have thought his sales would tank, but they seem to be pretty even for the past year.

Perhaps nobody has noticed him at ebay yet - it's a pretty thin dodge to qualify the post office as the consignee's agent, even if it's actually true legally. (It is, under the Warsaw Convention - the delivery company is always regarded as an agent of the buyer.) -------------------------------------------------------------------

The seller is perfectly within his rights not to accept PP.

Personally, I think it's business suicide not to accept PP and only Discover, but then... seems to be working for him.

It seems to be doing quite well without Paypal. It would be interesting to see how much of a difference there would be in sales if he did accept it.
