A revolutionary news! A customer did try to charge back money from my PayPal account (he pretends not to receive the merchandise) and PAYPAL REFUSED!!! I got a message informing me, that a customer DID TRY TO CHARGE BACK me. PAYPAL asked (yes!!!), what I WANT TO DO - refund the money or open a dispute. I AM REALLY SCHOCKED!!! Last year money simply disappeared from my account - without any explanation (the buyer - of course - disappeared with my marchandise too). This time I simply chose "refund the money" and feel good (the package was lost (??) and Canada Post will pay the damages, I hope). The first time I was treated by PayPal as a valued customer. A REAL REVOLUTION!
