PayPal Chargeback Revolution

Hello,

A revolutionary news! A customer did try to charge back money from my PayPal account (he pretends not to receive the merchandise) and PAYPAL REFUSED!!! I got a message informing me, that a customer DID TRY TO CHARGE BACK me. PAYPAL asked (yes!!!), what I WANT TO DO - refund the money or open a dispute. I AM REALLY SCHOCKED!!! Last year money simply disappeared from my account - without any explanation (the buyer - of course - disappeared with my marchandise too). This time I simply chose "refund the money" and feel good (the package was lost (??) and Canada Post will pay the damages, I hope). The first time I was treated by PayPal as a valued customer. A REAL REVOLUTION!

what do u mean by this? Can you help me out with my situatoin? i'm facing the customer file the chargeback dispute against me. At the first, she agreed the transaction with me and left me a positive feedback. However, when she resold the item to another buyer, they somehow has the disagreement. And this ends up the buyer blame the damage to me and ask me to be responsible for the damage. I really don't understand how come the seller has to be respondsible for the further transactoin which the buyer resold the item to another buyer. Can someone help me?
