Paypal shipping is not available, why has this happened.

I have paid for the shipping but the label will not print.
I have tried to reprint the label and get the following message . "Unvalid or missing transaction ID. PLEASE SELECT AGAIN ".
I have tried to void and it won't complete the voiding of the shipping label, it says PAYPAL SHIPPING IS NOT AVAILABLE WE APOLOGIZE FOR THE INCONVENIENCE. I am the only one who is having this problem.
HOW CAN I FIX THIS.

Can you get the page with the REPRINT LABEL box?

 If so, over on the left of the block of text there is a blue link.

I find this will print my label just fine.

I've been doing this for years, either because there is something odd about my machines or because I use Macs.

 Can you print from Paypal if you can't from eBay? Or vice versa?

Hi. Thanks for helping. I clicked the blue reprint label link and I get a message saying. " SORRY - YOUR ACTION COULD NOT BE COMPLETED.
Also tried from eBay and paypal with no luck just dead end messages.

PAYPAL SHIPPING IS NOT AVAILABLE WE APOLOGIZE FOR THE INCONVENIENCE is the one-size-fits all error message for anything that might have gone wrong. Was this an international shipment, perhaps being sold to a customer or country with a native language using a keyboard that we don't have easy access to, like Cyrillic? Paypal shipping finds invisible characters that appear as spaces in the address line and rejects the label for that reason. 

Is it possible that your problem stems from something like this?

If you have already voided the late you can't use it. Start over again. And make sure you actually get your money back for it, sometimes CPC is not so good about actually refunding them. 

p.s. Stamps: I get weird errors all the time using a Mac, and have also learned to workaround them. I don't know if it's a mac thing or a CPC incompatibility thing. I was on the phone with CPC this week on an unrelated matter and once more let their CSR know how disappointing it is that the CPC EST is only officially Windows compatible.

Hi, I have tried to print another label for a different item sold and the same thing happened. " Cannot complete the transaction message. I have paid for the shipping label, paypal accepted money for the label but won't let me print or void the label, I really need help

Did you try clearing your browser cache and cookies?

Did you try another browser? I have 4 browsers loaded to use but my main one is FireFox, with Chrome, Opera and Internet Explorer as backups.

The fact this has happened with a second label makes me think this is an incompatible technology issue.

When was the last time (prior to this) that you were able to print a label without trouble?

Are you absolutely using the latest version of your browser? Can you upgrade? I had the worst issues with the Sell Your Item Form go on for weeks until I was told to upgrade my browser with a release that I hadn't even known about. As far as I knew, I was using the latest version at that time. Well, I wasn't but as soon as I did, my problem disappeared.

Worst case scenario, print the buyer's address in Sharpie on the box and go to the postal counter. Just while you iron this out.

You won't get your paypal discount on postage that way but at least you won't get defects for Late Shipment (which is worse) and your buyers will still get their orders on time.

Oh, you may get a modest Small Business Solutions (formerly VenutreOne) discount on some of the postage prices if you are a CPC member. At one point, you could enrol in that loyalty program right at the counter. (If you need to do that.)

I called PayPal and they manually voided both labels since I was unable to. They said it was a bug in their system but unusual for it to happen twice in a row.
I went to the post office and shipped my package over the counter. I hope everything goes smoothly now since it has never been a problem before.

didnt have this for while but just now 3 labels are paid and i cant print them .Changed the browsers tried everything .Nothing work .Remembered last year at the same time we had a lot of problems . Its hard to work ...

I can't even mark as "Item shipped", there is no classic view anymore on paypal and international shipping with Canada Post is not available. Plus shipping option is not synchronize with ebay page either.

You can't mark an item as shipped on eBay?

To see the classic view in paypal, open that transaction and there is a link to see that transaction in the classic view. It doesn't look like you can mark it shipped there but you can do that on eBay.

I'm talking about paypal page, not ebay. I marked on ebay, but on PP is still unmarked/ not shipped. If I will go to transaction in classic view, it will show only transaction details with option for "Print shipping label" or  "Add tracking info".

I'm purchasing and printing postage labels with Paypal this morning with no issues.

Although it seems the generic Mark Shipped button is missing from paypal.

Maybe they are actively discouraging shipping without tracking. Multi-national companies like paypal don't care or understand or care to understand that Canadian domestic lettermail is untraceable and that we have nothing equivalent to First Class like in the USA: a tracking option for an extra $3 as opposed to an additional $10 per envelope.

I just called Paypal, now they require tracking info (aka #) in order to marked as shipped. And they still have an issue with Canada post with international shipping. Like we don't have enough problem with this website...

About the tracking information required in order for payapl to accept the item marked as shipped.... I don't like that very much. I use trackable services wherever I can but still offer free domestic lettermail on select items where lettermail dimensions apply. We already know that, as sellers, we automatically lose any INR claim that cannot show an order as being delivered via tracking, so this seems like insult to injury. Now we can't show an item even shipped to the buyer without going to ebay (or the commerce website) to show it Marked as Shipped. 

I don't suppose it really matters other than to drive home to point that paypal doesn't consider it shipped unless third-party tracking shows it to be the case. Canada Post really needs to start offering a new reasonably-priced service whereby a sender can add tracking to an envelope for only a few dollars more. A service between lettermail and parcel rates.
