Paypal shipping is not available, why has this happened.

I have paid for the shipping but the label will not print.
I have tried to reprint the label and get the following message . "Unvalid or missing transaction ID. PLEASE SELECT AGAIN ".
I have tried to void and it won't complete the voiding of the shipping label, it says PAYPAL SHIPPING IS NOT AVAILABLE WE APOLOGIZE FOR THE INCONVENIENCE. I am the only one who is having this problem.
HOW CAN I FIX THIS.

I haven't tried this yet but it looks like it would work...

click on add tracking info --  order status - order/processed served

shipper - Canada post

Cool! This one works - add tracking info --  order status - order/processed served shipper - Canada post. I can mark as shipped without tracking number.
