Received the item I had purchased....it was however misrepresented

Purchased as an antique railroad item, ie: " marked CNR". There were no markings at all ?

The first thing you should do is Contact your seller. You will find a link to do so at your Purchase History. Explain you have received the item and it does not meet your expectations and the reason(s) for that.
