Regarding change of email address

I am not sure if someone has posted in regards to email address change. I have changed my email and have linked the new email address to Ebay. I have also contacted Paypal in order to establish a new email address change. I still keep getting a message (flag) from Ebay stating my Paypal is not linked to my email address when in fact I have linked both together. The message also states that I need to associate my ebay with paypal in order to get payed. This is occurring when I have listed an item. This message states that although I have listed an item I will not get paid because of my email. Can someone please explain to me why this is happening and how I can fix this issue. You have changed the email address in eBay and in PayPal but there is one more very important place to change the PayPal email address.

In every eBay listing, you have to enter the email address where to send the PayPal payment. If you have sold an item with the old address, the payment is in limbo.

To get the payment, make sure the old email address is still associated with PayPal. You can have up to 8 email addresses to be used by PayPal for payments so keep both the old and the new in PayPal.  In a few weeks when you are sure that all listings are under the new email address, delete the old email address.
