SELLERS who have not even bothered to ship

This has become very prevalant in the past two months. I am considering very seriously to stop bidding and buying on E-Bay.

Yes I have received REFUNDS but there is still the cost of wasted time and Paypal charges.

Why does E-Bay allow these serial offenders to continue selling on E-Bay.

PS:These sellers have many non-shipping complaints as well as many revised Feedbacks.

Well, it helps to read the feedback BEFORE BiDDING.

Er? What Paypal fees? As a buyer you don't pay any and when a seller refunds, his fees are returned.

You may be thinking of foreign exchange differences, but those could work in your favour as well as against you.

You can Report these sellers to eBay. One complaint won't lead to any action, any one can make a mistake, but several will lead to sanctions, including loss of TRS status and removal of selling privileges.

Buyers do not have paypal charges/fees. Only sellers have paypal fees.

As a buyer, you are fully refunded if a seller cannot prove you received your item so I don't know you mean by "paypal charges".

Read feedback prior to bidding and do not buy from sellers who have complaints about shipping.
