I bought 5 items at the listed price.( A total of 11.60 )Paid for them, and then receive an email from the seller telling me she made a price error because she's a new member ( she's been a member since 2009 ) and wants me to pay over twice the price.
Does she have to stand up to her side of the deal? What can I do, I want the units for the price I paid. Will EBAY make her uphold her end?
She is from China, so I don't know if the location matters.
Thanks,

Write a polite note, saying that you based your purchase on the advertised price and that if she cannot supply the item at that price you would like a Mutual Cancellation.
Then go to Google Translate and translate your note into Chinese.
Cut and paste both languages into your reply. Did she send that note through eBay Messages or privately? Your response should go by eBay Message.
If she gives in, you can leave appropriate polite feedback. You may want to leave "appropriate" Ratings in Communication and Shipping Price.
If she sends the MC, agree only if you have your money back . Then leave "appropriate" Ratings in Communication and Shipping Price.
If she continues to insist, file an Item Not Received Dispute and get your money back.
In mitigation, many member are buyers for some time before they start to sell. You can see if her feedback was left as a buyer or as a seller. The "new seller" claim is kinda sketchey, especially since it is so easily checked.
