Shipping options available to eBay.ca sellers

Hello eBay.ca Sellers,

Our issue is eBay.ca shipping options:

We find out that FedEx shipping option is not available to our eBay.ca listing - do not why?

UPS shipping option NEVER WORKS - we did many UPS account reset but NEVER WORK,

and as we all know Canada Post still have labour issues!

We contacted ebay and Paypal customer support team to ask "Why FedEx shipping option is not available for our eBay.ca listings? they were not able to offer any help or fix yet.

Do you have the same problems?

I agree with you, I think if a buyer would like a different

way of shipping than Canada Post or USPS like Fedex it should be accepted by ebay and mentioned on the listing

page.

I think he means the discounted rate.

Yes, eBay has a contract with Canada Post and with UPS,(as well as with USPS for those close enough to the border to use it) which includes discounts on certain services.

They do not have a contract with FedEx or CanPar or DHL or Greyhound/Voyageur.

I suppose it is possible that the contract with UPS says that a similar contract with FEdEx will not be made.

Yes I saw that and I tried to enroll... Did not worked because it is only for US sellers.
