I ma having several buyers over the last few days mention that they are unable to combine their shipping through the cart option. I double checked and have my payment settings for each shipping field set with cost for additional purchases. Am I missing something else? Some buyers are paying individually and I have been refunding them the overpayment. I can't seem to find any settings in the Manage My Store options to fix this. Any one how what I am missing and need to do?
Contact ebay. It may have nothing to do with 'immediate payment' required and everything to do with some mysterious technical failing on the part of the ebay team. The shopping cart on my store has been malfunctioning for weeks now and I've reported it each and every time I've had a buyer complain to me about it. It affects some sellers and not others. You could be losing sales because of it.
