Hi .. I'm not clear , are you saying there is a problem with pay now or that you cannot use your PP account.

If the latter than should have asked seller prior to bidding.

Are you trying to get a refund for a damaged or broken phone?

The seller normally refunds in the same manner you paid on return of the unwanted item.
