Unable to access my sale data before Feb. 19th

Hey!

I'm in the process of doing some accounting for my business for the first 4 months of 2016 but I cannot access my sales prior to Feb. 19th.

I'm paying 350$/month just for the Anchor Store subscription so I hope data older than 90 days is accessible otherwise I will be very disappointed in eBay. 90 days is ridiculously short.

Unfortunately, paying monthly fees for a store has nothing to do with accounting and bookkeeping.

If you use PayPal to get paid, you may be able to reconstruct your bookkeeping on the information available on PayPal.

Also, when you check the details of your monthly invoice from eBay, you may be able to reconstruct your transactions for January to April (one month at the time).

Once the 90 days is up the only way to look at some of your older financial information on eBay is via your invoice details. You can download the last 18 months of invoices (currently May 2016 back to November 2014) in your choice of html or CSV (for spreadsheets) -- I do both.

The details cover what eBay charged in fees, title of item and sale price. It does not include what you charged for taxes. It does not include cost of international shipping when the fee is based on the domestic rate.
