I had the same problem when I changed ISP's in February.
The answer is to:
A) Change each listing - your email address is coded into each one. SMPro has a bulk change feature which does this.
B) Paypal allows you to add multiple email addresses as subsidiary emails - make sure both your old (subsidiary) and new (primary) email addresses are registered on Paypal. That way even if a customer pays the old email, it goes under your primary account.
