WE'RE STUMPED ON A PAYMENT GLITCH

Hallo all,

We've got a glitch that is causing us great angst, gnashing of teeth and wringing of hands.
Maybe you can help.
We haven't sold a lot on eBay for a while. But anything we have sold with PayPal keeps going to our old e-mail address (we changed it a while ago and did the changes in eBay, PayPal and Turbolister or so we thought).
The paynents of course are invalid and we have to go back to purchasers with cancellations and money requests.
Real Professional dontcha know.
Your collective and singular wisdom would be much appreciated.
What are we missing?

Thanks
Brad

I had the same problem when I changed ISP's in February.
The answer is to:
A) Change each listing - your email address is coded into each one. SMPro has a bulk change feature which does this.
B) Paypal allows you to add multiple email addresses as subsidiary emails - make sure both your old (subsidiary) and new (primary) email addresses are registered on Paypal. That way even if a customer pays the old email, it goes under your primary account. Ann
