What should be done when a seller advertises one thing on the top of the site, and then changes the description on the bottom of the site????

I would ask the seller for an explanation.

Could be just an honest mistake.

Did you win this listing or is it still running.

If the seller is not helpful, and Lord knows I've done that myself a few times, there is a Report button on every listing.
