When are the new Canada Post tracked packet's affective?

I have been holding off post anything on eBay because the small packet is being discontinued. But when will the changes on eBay be affective so that the new tracked packet will be an opption to use?

Hi

I talked to my Postmaster this Friday, and it supposed to be effective on Feb 11th.

But if you go directly on Canada Post website,  it shows up

(I don't know if you have to be registered as a commercial user to see it)

Price tag is not to be overseen...
