It's strange recently I've requested an e-mail confirming the discussion about my situation and was told that it would be looked into it.The rep told me no problem for sending an e-mail,so far nothing. I guess they want to be polite and hope you won't call them back for something that's been dragging since at least January. I'm tired of talking to them as I don't know how many are over there explaining over and over again the issue. Which side Ebay is on,stop ignoring or take proper information before blaming the wrong person.

So what are you talking about?
What is your "situation"?
Buyers like yourself usually have problems with purchases that are not as described or which don't arrive at all.
If you wanted to file a Dispute against another member, the eBay deadline passed 30 days after the suggested delivery date.
On the other hand, Paypal allows disputes for 180 days after payment.
And generally, it is best to go with the robotic Resolution Centre than the underpaid and bored clerks at Customer Service.
But there are lots of experienced members here who will happily stick our noses in give our best advice.

This is a user-to-user discussion board. eBay employees don't usually read these posts, nor do they reply to them.
You probably won't get that email. Many of the people who read and respond to the posts here have much more experience than the customer service reps, who seem especially ignorant of Canada-specific questions and problems. They usually give better answers and explanations than you will get from eBay. Why don't you post your exact problem here (leaving out names, exact messages, and of course expletives)? Other eBayers are always happy to assist.

The Wednesday chat session is open overnight so you do not have to post during the day if you are working. Questions asked overnight are answered Thursday morning and the chat is closed in the afternoon Thursday Eastern Time.
