A lot of US sellers create attention-grabbing titles that apply to US buyers, forgetting that there's a small, silent but strong contingency of potential non-US buyers for their items.
There i also the occasional glitch when an item will show free shipping in search view even though it isn't free. I have it seen the odd time but I have heard about it happening more when viewing from a phone.
