Why neutral is counting as a negative..?

From a dictionary: "neutral - not causing or reflecting a change in something" How funny is that! buyer will leave "negative" thinking he leaves a "neutral". I have a story to tell you: some people just think, Ebay big bosses are smart and doing that to save a dying company. A few years ago Ebay started in Poland. They did so many errors at the beginning, that in Poland people say "start like Ebay" to describe an idiotic and unsuccessful start of an enterprise. Today, Polish Ebay is dying slowly - look at this statistic and compare Allegro and Ebay - http://aukcjostat.pl/ Will our Ebay finish so shortly, too?

neutral - not causing or reflecting a change in something

You are right, counting something called NEUTRAL as -1 seems illogical. They should at least change the naming as "Somewhat Unhappy" and count it as -0.5 or something similar.

As I often criticize eBay's software skills here, I am going to generalize - science is not one of eBay's strongs. But ... they can still sell. For now.

Ok- I BEGGED eBay to buy a NEW DICTIONARY in an earlier thread.
Their use of language, at times, is so imprecise as to lack any meaning.
A "FEW days" is certainly NOT NINE DAYS!

So- how could anyone believs that the could get the definition of "NEUTRAL" correct?
