If you are the high bidder, and the seller closes the auction, you would win at your current bid.

However, most bids arrive in the last few moments and the seller may have Watchers who will bid then. In addition, many buyers use sniping services which bid in the last few seconds of the auction, sometimes doubling or tripling the final price.

Should you win, you could ask the seller to upgrade your shipping to a faster (and more expensive) express service.

Actually, if you are concerned about arrival time, you should probably do this anyway.

If your seller is from the USA and using the Global Shipping Program this may not be possible, although because applicable duty and taxes will be prepaid, there will be no border delay.
