ok so I bid on an item, then the seller contacted me to buy outside ebay, i reported it, now I won the bid on the item what do

I do now?  Do I pay for the item and risk more fraudulent active or do I not pay and risk being reported by the seller that contacted me to buy outside ebay?

If you don't pay,the seller can open an unpaid item dispute against you. If you still don't pay,you will get an unpaid item strike. Two or more strikes in the last 12 months will see you blocked by most sellers on eBay who have an automatic block against buyers with 2 or more strikes in the last 12 months. If you pay,you are covered by PayPal buyer protection if the item never arrives. You have up to 45 days from the time you paid to open the dispute and 60 days from the time the listing ended to leave feedback and DSR ratings for the item. Open the dispute no later than day 43 if the item has not arrived.

I'm glad you reported the seller. They probably thought they could take advantage of you because of your low feedback score.
