how do I buy when I can't get through to shipping rates?

I clicked on an item and can't continue on because shipping rates to Canada were not set up. I cannot get in touch with the sellers. What can i do now?

Hi .. Nothing you can do. If the listing is a Buy It Now and in the payment section the seller requires immediate payment but has not set up a cost to Canada , ebay will not complete the buy.

Seller would have to revise to add shipping or remove the requirement for immediate payment.

The seller has decided not to sell to Canada. So he doesn't give a shipping fee and blocked enquiries from potential Canadian buyers.

His loss.
