Its not entirely clear from your post but I gather that you would like to offer your remaining items at auction with a buy it now option and an option of best offer.

If I understand correctly, you can do an auction style listing with a buy it now option.

You can do a fixed price only listing with a best offer option.

But as far as I know...you can do all three at once.

Those are not categories but types of listings and they are not separate sites.

You cannot do the type of listing you mention. You cannot have Best Offer in an auction.

As the previous responder mentioned, you can have an auction with a Buy It Now option. In most categories, the Buy It Now option disappears with the first bid.

You can have a Fixed Price listing with the Best Offer option.

Auction with Buy It Now would be the cheapest listing. You can do 50 of those free each month. You can also do 50 on eBay.com for free each month.

Given that you can have up to 100 free auctions each month, could I suggest that you list each size and colour separately. And put the size and colour in the title.
