Depends where the package is being sent and which shipping service is actually used.

Check out the Delivery standards to an international destination section towards the end. Their tracked services are reasonable accurate for ship times.
Do ignore the estimates of 6-10 days for Small Packet (Air) and International Parcel (Air) that Canada Post gives since 6-20 days is more accurate. And services you want to avoid is are any sent by ship (surface) which can take months to arrive.
