Hi .. Not all sellers print labels through eBay or mark items as shipped. Your seller looks ok and shipping by USPS Priority will take 2-3 weeks. You could ask seller for a delivery confirmation # but really doesn't tell you a whole lot.
PayPal Buyer Protection is available for 45 days. Not received or received but not as described should always be filed no later than day 43 from payment date.

If you paid by bank echeque , seller will not ship until your payment clears in 8-9 days.
On delivery , expect to pay normal taxes for your province plus an $8.50 Canada Post fee.

Hello 'mmgnigga',
How to get your stuff? . . . I find the best way is to wait for it to show up. 🙂
Some sellers send a personal note that the item has been mailed. Other times it is an auto-generated notice of some sort. Sometimes nothing. There are sellers who mark it shipped with the little brown envelope icon in your Purchase History, and there are those who don't. None of which matters, not really.
What matters is that you have 45 days from when you paid to file a claim if it does not arrive. That's plenty of time. The following link explains about that:

As for when you are going to receive it, - about 2-3 weeks, give or take. You will invariably have to pay tax on an amount that large, but you'd pay that if you bought it locally.
Enjoy your new item.
