Hi ghiem .. If you want to protect your payment, and everyone should, claims must be filed within the 45 days PayPal allows..

Nothing can be done at this late date unless payment was funded by credit card. Call the 800 # on the reverse of card and request a chargeback. Write down all details of purchase/payment before calling. Cards have limits as well, so act now.
