1 bought a item i received it it was broken i send it back to the seller on the 02/11 and he received tracking n0 cx445313680ca and i got no answer if i cant get help you will loose a good custmer thanks eric

Hello 'eric',

If you have a Delivery Confirmation number that shows the seller got the item back, but have not had any response from the seller, - have you opened a claim?  Have you entered the Delivery Confirmation number into the claim?  That usually speeds up the refund.

The tracking number you have indicates that the item was delivered on Nov 13.  So it hasn't been 2 weeks, it's really only been one.  Have you entered that number in the claim?  You've seen the following link about returns, right?

It says,  <<We'll ask you to confirm that you've ... sent the item back. To show that you've sent an item back to the seller, you'll need to ship the item with tracking information and then enter the tracking number in the Resolution Centre.>>

You only have 45 days in which to open the claim, so if you have done all that is expected of you and have not heard anything back, you can always call paypal and inquire with them:  1-888-221-1161.  It's a free call, and may be helpful to answer your query and get it sorted out.
