i want to retract an offer because said free shipping now there are shipping costs added

I would like to retract my offer due to added shipping costs.  How do I do that?

Offers do not include shipping. Ever.

You can make a further offer that reduces your original offer by the amount of shipping. Remember that the shipping cost does not go to the seller and that he pays fees on the shipping he charges.
