the highest I've gotten to is almost 59% for uploading shipping info. Has anyone been able to achieve the 90% level that Ebay is requesting? I'm wondering if it's a realistic expectation. And before you all jump all over me- yes I know we don't HAVE to do it to keep our topseller status, but as all other Ebay stipulations have done in the past, the time will come when they will make Canadians do the same. Look what happened with adding shipping info etc.
