I bid on an auction for two items from the same seller. on the invoice in paypal she added an extra 1.38 unexplained and unauthorized. she denied this although it is in black and white. she never gave me a shipping discount although she said she sent an invoice with the shipping discount on it to me...never happened...when confronted she tried to shift the blame to me...I asked her for my 1.38 back ..which she did the next day...I also asked her for a copy of the invoice she sent to me with the discounted shipping and she said ebay told her it was impossible to get a copy...I guess so if you never wrote one. she also charged me for two first class shipping prices when she sent both items in same envelope. what gives...
