it says i have outstanding items to pay for and i dont, what do i do?

I was able to bid on a few items and then told i couldn't bid. It said i had outstanding items to pay for. There is nothing in my cart to pay for or that i have bid on. What do i do to be able to bid on more items from this seller?

Some sellers limit the number of items a buyer can bid on during a given time period.
