more actions on purchase history does not open

example: i have sold an item and want to view order details. i go to purchase history on item, select more actions, and the tab does not open. if i use mozilla firefox or explorer, same thing.

i even switched computers, same thing.

what's up?

I just checked and mine works fine.

When you go to your "sold" page and look at that transaction line, what do you see as default in the "Action" column? 

I see "Sell Similar". Do you see something different?

I don't know why it is not working as usual fo you but if you click on the item itself you should be able to access order details from there.

The latest glitch is order details for multiple quantity items no longer have a working drop down menu on the take action button, which means you cannot print, look at or do anything from the original listing any longer for multi quantity listings, still works for one off listings with combined shipping(but not for long i wager, maybe another week or two the way this site is desolving...thanks ebay you're a prince)

One work around is to use the .com site, another is to use selling manager or items sold menu, but if you are a high volume seller, it means an added half hour of work almost each day with the new workarounds, thanks ebay...you're a prince.

Was told today that ebay.ca issues will never get corrected until all of the other larger sites are working, and to basically abandon the site, move all to .com and hope for the best...thanks ebay you're a prince.

One senior rep told me that unless a very very large social media campaign was started, we would basically never ever get the cart, or other issues fixed, and after seeing this for almost two years, i think they might have a point, they are asking us to complain loud and publicly, which is not something canadians do typically...thanks ebay you're a prince.

I think that none of the glitches on ebay.ca will ever be fixed,. and finally somebody at ebay had the guts to state the truth...i appreciate it ebay...you're a prince!

ebay.ca code does not work on a consistent basis, but i think the same problems are happening on .com now so it might not just be a canadian thing any longer, the whole site seems to be desolving slowly ouch

hmmmm, so it seems that i am not alone... will try what you have suggested, or else i will just print a second copy of the shipping label so that i have something to use as pseudo backup. thanxxxxxxxxxxxxx

yes, sell similar. i can view the order details on ebay.com as another message suggested. gotta love canada i guess! thanx for your time!

It still works for multiple sales items but you have to click on the number of items sold and then access order details from there....it is a few extra steps though. eBay .com might be faster or if it working on sales manager, download that. It is free

newest bug on this is the selling manager now has lost the order details drop down menu option for sold multiple quantity listings, and so is no longer a work around to the issue...abandon ship?

Sure you can abandon the ship if that's what you want, Or, you could use the work around described in my last post. It's more work but should be doable.

I do not know why these things are happening to you.

My "Selling Manager" works fine.  I generally list on eBay.ca and eBay.cafr but work through Selling manager on eBay.,com

Nothing is happening to me persay my friend, the selling manager on ebay.ca does not have a printable order details drop down option and the replacement for this feature is a data page with everything strewn about, not printable, talked to ebay.ca execs and they have verified the change took place, it is not my imagination, and remember this post is about an ebay.ca issue

While i appreciate that the selling manger on ebay.com works, i was aware of that, and this post is regarding the "more actions" drop down menu which was recently removed from multiple quantity listings on .ca, and how a workaround which lasted for a few days was also changed.
