purchased an item 4 months ago and still have not recieved it.

after waiting 2 months for my item i contacted the seller. He told me he would resend the item. It has now been almost 4 months and still have received nothing. i have no idea what to do as it cost me about 70$ for this item. I need help either getting another item sent or a refund. PLEASE HELP

That is a common lie told by sellers in China. They had no intentions of sending you another item. They tell buyers that so that the buyer will not file an item not received dispute within the deadline.

Since it has been 4 months, you can't file any disputes against the seller.

Unless you like cheap qualitiy, inferior, sub-par items, do not buy from China.
