If you had specified shipping options / prices for international destinations, it will be shown. Some categories of items may have restrictions by some countries governments.

You must have atleast one shipping method chosen for each international site you wish it to display on ...

PAst that the only things you can do is pull up ebay.com or .fr or some other ebay site and search for you item ..
