reaction of a negative feedback

A seller left me negative feedback unnecessary and I would like it retracted and deleted from my account. 

Even if he deletes it will it still show on my eBay account as a bad ebay error or will my account show clean

looks like you didnt pay for an item which isnt a great start to your career

You have to call Customer Service to have it removed.

Help & Contact at the top of the page and Resolve Buying Problem. 

The Unpaid Item Strike would be permanently on your account whereas the text can be removed.

Actually you are lucky.

Most sellers never see feedback, and this shows as a positive.

If the seller was smarter, he would have opened an Unpaid Item Dispute.

Up to 20% of the money you were supposed to pay goes to eBay and Paypal in fees, since you didn't pay, that comes out of the seller's pocket.

He would  get his selling fees back. 

You would have a Strike, which would make it harder to bid (nevermind buy) with most eBay sellers, who have automatic Blocks on deadbeats.

There would be no feedback, yours or his.

You got off lucky so far although most of the sellers reading this thread have added you to their Blocked Bidder Lists.

This was a Motorcycle listed on the UK site.

Transactions in eBay Motors are non binding on both the UK and Canadian Site

The seller left you a posotive not a negative.

Negative comments are not permited in posotive feedback.

If you telephone customer service they should remove it.
