What does the tracking information say after you are trying to track it? If it's coming from the US, sometimes the tracking information can take a bit of time to update. Try tracking the parcel on www.canadapost.ca and see what it says there. Sometimes, info is not updated until it is cleared by Canadian customs.
If it is coming from Asia, a lot of the time the tracking number will not work until the item is delivered to you. That's no help, right? I've found a very helpful website that tracks Asian tracking numbers 99% of the time. http://www.17track.net/index_en.shtml
