seller account bottom line owing keeps changing

Anyone having this problem?
I look at my balance owing on seller fees...it'll say something like 50 bucks.
ok
so I look at the breakdown of it and it says balance zero
I then put in dates for say the last 35 days to look at
and the balance says a negative(I've overpaid my fees)
wtf is going on!?
how can the end date(nov.27th) change so drastically?!
It shouldn't matter how many days I go back to look at, the bottom line should still show the final correct number balance owing...but it's not!
I'm confused and pissed off now, just when I think I had it to zero I look again and it says I owe 80 bucks or whayever. wtf is going on!?
I've written ebay support and just get the canned response so far. this time I wrote them asking for a phone# to talk to someone live. I'm really angry now at this.
Anyone else getting that too when they look back at specific date periods etc.?
Or do you have a phone# for ebay I could call?

oh and no, I do not mean it changes cuz I've aquired more fees by making listings or selling etc.
I mean without adding anything the bottom line date shows a different balance for each date period I look at...and the bottom line should not change regardless!!

its probably showing the bottom line for the end date of the time period you are picking

no I had the same end date every time. It should not have been changing. Bottom line shoulda been the same regardless of the start dates.
ebay got back to me and they are/were having a glitch they said. I'm hoping it will be fixed by next time I go looking back lol.
