If they already purchased another item, you have their paypal address. And can send them a paypal invoice.
If they have not paid for the first item, send them an adjusted eBay invoice with the extra amount tacked on.
Or set up an ebay listing just for them to purchase (use their name as the title and include the agreement details in the description).
