Your seller uses stock photos so I don't see how you could make a determination regarding authenticity from the photos.
If you receive an item that is Not as Described utilize the dispute mechanism.

If you are not sure, don't bid.
If you are fairly sure the items are fake, don't bid, but do use the Report Button that is on every listing.
