where do you find a cancel case or an unpaid case if someone sent you one

someone has opened a cancel case for me, where do i find this

If you look under My eBay > Summary, there should be a link saying "Open Cases" or something along those lines. You would just click that. Or, if you go to Purchase History and find the listing in question, there should be a link to the cancellation.
