Coupon can be used once per PayPal account within a single transaction (or cart), while supplies last. So it looks like until 6 pm PST you can save about $18 CAD ($15USD) on Shopping Carts totalling $94 CAD ($75USD) not including postage costs.

Some categories are excluded but it seems like all sellers are eligible.

For those who are wondering, the "equivalent amount $CAD" would be approximately $94, and you would save about $19. (Amounts rounded up to the nearest dollar, based on an online conversion calculator.)

But hurry, there's less than 90 minutes from when I'm posting this.
