Please check the listing carefully to ensure you were entitled to receive everything you perhaps saw in the picture as opposed to what is sold in the Item Description. It may be that the watch was there for illustrative purposes only.
If you are, in fact, missing your Apples Watch you will need to open an Item Not as Described case and be careful to note it is a Global Shipping Program transaction.
Don't delay. And be certain to follow all the instructions and prompts initiated by the open case.

The Resolution Centre is at the bottom of this page.
The dispute is Not As Described.
(The picture, title and description should match, btw.)
You have 30 days from delivery to open the Dispute.
State in the dispute that Delivery was by GSP, this will send it to a GSP specialist.
The GSP has a good reputation for settling Disputes quickly and amicably.
The main question here is whether the seller did not put the advertised watch in the box or whether it was removed somewhere along the line.
But that is not your concern. You will be refunded.
