Shipping policy can no longer be replaced

It is not currently popular to assign a different shipping policy for an existing listing, including brand-new listings, buy-it-now listings, and the "sell similar" editor.

The drop down list in "Shipping policy" simply doesn't get populated.

We use "sell similar" A LOT when creating new listings, so the fact that we're stuck with the same shipping policy and can't adjust the postage means that we can no longer use this functionality.

Oh, one addition, even when I create a new listing entirely from scratch, I only get 1 shipping policy in the drop-down, even though all shipping policies still exist in the ebay account under "business policies"... do I guess we can't add any products at all for now.

devon@ebay  Are you aware of any current known issues with Business Policies? I believe someone else made a similar report a few days ago. Thanks.

Try opening eBay in private browsing / incognito / etc mode on your browser. If it works there, the problem is on your end. If it doesn't, then the problem is likely on eBay's end.

Hi @lotzofuniquegoodies! This was a known issue that has had a fix that was rolled out late yesterday. Please let me know if yourself or others are still running into this.

I've done up a few listings today and had no problem choosing or updating my Shipping Policies.

Same problem for quite a while. It's pain to make changes .Used to be perfectly fine sysyem, that worked for ages, now complicated and time consuming.Tried to change shipping costs for  all existing listing after recent Canada Post 25% hike ,but it is to much work with constant error messages.Really  disappointing (((
