I see that there is another thread about this but no one has really given an update.
I got the payment sent email at the usual time, but no deposit later that day. My payouts from Feb 5 and 6 have both deposited. Wealthsimple says there's no evidence and eBay support says to wait.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

i'm the one that started the other thread. My Feb. 4 payment has still not shown up. My bank was zero help....they told me they can't see incoming direct transfers until the money goes into my account. Don't really believe that but that's what they said and they won't help locate it even with the transfer ID number provided by Ebay.
Have not called Ebay yet for assistance because i knew they would tell me to wait.
I'm glad to hear you at least got your Feb 5 and 6 payouts because at least that may indicate this is a one time issue, not a constant ongoing problem.
My bank is Scotiabank btw.

interesting. So it may be a Scotiabank problem or it may be an Ebay problem. My hunch is Ebay since haddonfieldmedia's bank is not Scotia.
Anyway, it's now Friday morning Feb 7 and still no payout. Things were so much easier when i was using Paypal....
My Ebay selling days are definitely numbered, the countdown has begun. I can't wait to get away from this hole. Nothing but problems, from constantly having to sign in to not getting paid. And the fees go up every quarter....

Just called bank, for fun, they cannot see anything of use, which i assumed would happen. Hopefully it show up today becasuse it's stuck in limbo at present. And it was sent before my shipping labels were charged so now the money that should be in my account from this isn't there when they go to charge me my labels.

One more thing, I called ebay this morning as well. I was told now that I have to get an official letter from my bank saying they do NOT have the funds. Then I have to forward that letter to ebay and they will open a ticket...

its looks like some of us sellers have it easy selling here--- hardly any problems seems also they are the ones giving the most advice here on the forums and others like my self seem to have something go wrong every week and have to ask for advice every other week --or maybe --just to rant-- which does feel good for about 2 min. then depresstion sets in -- gone are the good old days of seeing weeks without a problem i too am missing as payment from the 4th i sure it will come -- at least i hope it will come - at least i pray it will come -- good luck to you all for thats what i now iam starting to believe in its all luck weather your items sells ar not even with 50 % off sales -free shipping and all the returns a seller can handle

Thanks for replying everyone. I too still do not have it. I was given a reference # number by eBay when I contacted them a second time. Will give that to Wealthsimple when I get a chance today.

I have weekly payouts; mine was deposited on the 5th in the late afternoon as usual., no issues.

Monthly payouts for me also and that payout money from earlier this week is indeed in my Scotia bank account.

Yes, as of Friday am, I'm still waiting. I'm with RBC. I called both eBay & RBC. Both say no issues. The bank wouldn't even take my eBay bank reference #.
I'm set up for weekly payments and it's literally always in my account by end of day Tuesday.
They told me to get eBay to start a trace so they could look into it.
I called eBay back and although they did say this can happen, and not to worry they did start a trace or inquiry (whatever it's called).
I must say eBay customer service was very thorough and extremely helpful while my bank was extremely unhelpful.
I wanted to ask the associate on the phone how she would feel if she didn't get paid one week.
I realize it's not her fault but she could at least act like she cared.
This is lovely on top of all of the tariff **bleep** we're dealing with this week.

Definitely an Ebay issue now. Possibilities renge from and error in coding of some payouts to an ebay employee pulling some sort of scam by siphoning off some payments to an offshore account.
But knowing Ebay it is a glitch, effecting some of us that Ebay is clueless about and/or has no idea how to fix.
When you folks called in......what phone number did you call? I remember when i first signed up for MP there was a special number given to me for a dept that just handled problems with MP. I can't find that number now.
Are there any reports on the .com boards about payouts not showing up? May just be an ebay.ca issue .
Maybe it's time to ask Devon to look into this. If Ebay proves to be of no help, the last resort for all of us if Ebay will not cooperate would be small claims court. Embarass Ebay into being responsible for the system they use. Ask for court costs plus punitive damages on top of the money we are owed. And make as much noise in the media as we can.

Interesting develpment, gang. I went to Ebay just in case the money is back in my Ebay account. It's not BUT the status of the payout from Tuesday is now 'In Progress". Up until today it was "Completed".
So it seems that something may be getting fixed. So check your "Payment" tabs in Seller Hub and check the status of the Tuesday Feb 4 payout.
