I see that there is another thread about this but no one has really given an update.
I got the payment sent email at the usual time, but no deposit later that day. My payouts from Feb 5 and 6 have both deposited. Wealthsimple says there's no evidence and eBay support says to wait.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

Doesn't look like we'll get it today either. We're past the time of day when payouts are sent out. I have to wonder if anyone is doing anything at all. Not even a peep from Devon.

I too have not received my payout from Feb 4, 2025. Says it's in progress.
Called eBay yesterday and was told to give it a day or so and to call back if it wasn't in within a couple of days. No offer of opening any kind of grievance etc. Just told to wait. Haven't bothered to call my bank as I've read hear they can't do anything with the transaction #
I received my scheduled payout for Feb 11 on Feb 11. So what's going on? I'm with Scotiabank.
I'm with you, Fergua3, maybe a lawsuit is in order. Getting fed up with this.

I just talked to support again.... same answer.... just wait. I feel bad but i kind of lost my temper but this is ridiculuous. I asked them what they would do if they worked for a week and didn't get paid. Then I told them I don't care if it's a bug in their system, they need to pay me, then go figure out whatever bug they had in the system. I asked to be escalated to management but they said no one is avalible. devon@ebay you are basically our only contact can you please get us some information. We have all been extrenmely patient but this is now venturing into unacceptable territory. How would you feel if they just didn't pay you?

I just spoke to support again and they said the same thing.... was told that he has escalated the issue to technical and to wait 48-72 hours! This is unacceptable! I too am frustrated. How many others are there out there who haven't noticed the missing payment? It's obviously not a bank issue as there are many different banks affected.
Get with it eBay!!

Spoke to support again and was told its a known issue with no eta to fix, they advised more people to reach out so their usernames can be added to the support ticket.

I wonder why no one from Ebay intervenes here to give the right information on this situation, I spoke to 4 agents and none were aware of the problem, when I dared to ask to speak to a supervisor, strangely, the call was cut off.

it's just more of the "we're just noise" treatment Ebay sellers have gotten since the Donahoe regime began in 2007. We're not real people to Ebay management. We're just sellers.

i also did not recieve my Feb 4th payout...shows initiated Feb 4 processing Feb 7th no payout im with bmo i cant believe ebay has not made a statement obviously hundreds are affected

I waited 30 days and I was suppose to get a payout on February 4th and it is now February 12th still no payout. They took their transaction fee right away...but held my funds for 30 days and now nothing, zero. There is no escalation or ability to resolve this. Frustrating to say the least. In the dark and no idea for how long? Maybe forever.

Yes send the money out to your customers, "Us Sellers" then go get your mistake sorted out.

So sounds like we have a class action lawsuit here? Zero communications regarding the mistake/issue. They don't want this getting out in the media? They are chosing to have the media report on the issue instead of controlling the narative through properly communicating to it's sellers/customers that use this service.

Called and spoke with a Supervisor that shared it could be anywhere between 30-60 days to resolve?
Not sure that is legal? Anyone else looking to take legal action? I also think that we should alert News Media outlets as this could potential be a bigger issue that they are chosing to not communicate to their customers out of fear that this info is leaked to the public?

30 to 60 days to resolve. Clearly the money was stolen or lost and Ebay does not want to reimburse us out of their own pocket, so they are going to make us wait while they attempt to recover the funds.
I wonder if Ina at ecommercebytes would be interested in this story. Might also be an idea to relay this online such as on Reddit boards to alert a broad base of Ebay sellers to this issue. No guarantee it won't happen again. Seems possible Ebay have put a muzzle on Devon too.

If 30-60 days is a legitimate response that is COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. 9 days so far & with no actual word from eBay is pretty pathetic to be honest. They should be re-sending the payouts and figure it out on their end. My guess is it was some form of breach/theft & they are at a loss. Probably trying to keep this quiet & resolve internally.
This is precisely why when eBay was going to start handling payments, a lot of us weren't confident they wouldn't be able to do it properly. Missing PayPal, naturally.

Im failing to see how any of this is our issue, ebay has collected our fees and should be sending our missing money. I don't really care if they were hacked or whatever issue they are having, thats a problem for them to figure out, we shouldnt have to wait for them to sort their issues.

Does anyone else get the sense that eBay Canada is a barebones operation with very few employees? Apparently our friend Devon isn't even in Canada.

yes, it looks like only a handful of employees and almost zero capital to work with, otherwise they'd be anxious to clear up what is quickly becoming a PR nightmare for them.....cheating dozens, perhaps hundreds of sellers out of their money. It's teetering on the brink, i think.
By the way, our money won't be paid out to us today, so now it is 10 days late. Tic, toc....

I'm trying not to take this fiasco too personally, but I can't understand the lack of respect for Canadian sellers by Ebay, we all work very hard to make a few sales to ship our packages as quickly as possible and this is how Ebay treats us.
Not a single communication to advise us of the problem and when this problem will be resolved.
