I've been using Zonos for shipping to the States and my first items were delivered as expected. However, items shipped after December 3rd are all stuck.
The US P.O. must be totally jammed! They popped this tariff business on us with no prepation. We figured out our end of it, but imagine all the people outisde of the US wanting to send Christmas gifts to relatives and friends.
The Americans probably have nothing in place to deal with added processing.
Are others using Zonos having the same problem or are you packages getting through?
I'm getting concerned because these packages show no movement whatsoever since they crossed the border.

You're not alone. I have one that entered customs in Chicago on Dec 3 and there's been zero updates since.
Another one that entered customs on Dec 2 got a few more scans (all in Chicago) for a few days after but hasn't had any updates since Dec 9.
I shipped another one Dec 15th that entered customs on Dec 18 - we'll see what happens with that one...
Many others in the Facebook groups sharing similar anecdotes.
Something happened around Dec 3 that is delaying a whole bunch of packages.

I had three items enter US customs in Chicago on December 2 that were stuck there for two weeks. All have now been delivered.

I have one package stuck in New York customs since Saturday, Dec.6/25 and another package that doesn't show it crossing into the USA (processed through Toronto) on Dec.9/25.
I have opened claims with Canada Post for both packages....

I have no idea, I never check tracking unless there's a problem. So far no issues with Zonos. I'm sure there are always delays this time of year combined with extra congestion due to the tariff debacle. They can blame DT if their Christmas packages don't arrive in time!

Some of my US tracked packages delivered within a week and some in 3+ weeks. Some are gettein for whatever reason stuck in Chicago, while othe flying through in the very same day. Also noteced slower USPS delivery, but it might be becaus eof busy Christmas time.

No movement since Dec 4th for me.
Stuck with last update as into ISC Chicago customs.

IMO things are just as scattered going through Chicago as they have been for a long time.
Generally I don't watch stuff for all the generally unjust worry it causes, however I'm watching the one group I sent that I got wrongly dinged by ZONOS for customs because of Russian stamps (it was a one day glitch).
Whilst watching it, I've been watching others that were mailed and several mailed up to 2 weeks earlier than the "Russsian" one are still lost within Chicago, generally with entering customs as the last update. It does look like batches do/n't get stuck, doesn't matter the whens.
So my conclusion would be that the unpredictability of Chicago remains as it was. I don't think it's anything to do with Zonos at least in the "stamp" world.

Hope they didn't want it in time for Christmas. That's terrible, and there's nothing we can do about it while a package is stuck at customs.
I'm going to be doing my first Zonos package in the next few days. Will probably come back here for help if I run into trouble. We have item to ship that we can't ship with Stallion (for one it's FDA Regulated, and for two, we didn't sell it, it's a return, so I don't think we're allowed to use Stallion for non-sale items).

The FDA thing is a problem, as far as restricting what you can ship via Stallion....if it's legal and the customs info is accurate you can ship anything you want including gifts to freinds or family.

They actually say on their website "no personal goods" and they note it includes Canada/USA/Int'l shipping. But I suppose if it's within Canada, no one will ever know that it was a personal item.

Ouch! glad it is moving at least. USPS seems to be having a rough Xmas.

"USPS seems to be having a rough Xmas".
USPS is being incompetent at a time of year when people need them most.

Yes, that's interesting because that's my experience too. For some reason the jam for 3 of my items broke today.

My item that sat in customs since Dec 3 with absolutely zero updates finally updated on Dec 25. Since then it's been updating several times a day so it's moving through the USPS network pretty quickly - looks like it should be delivered tomorrow (Dec 29).
Another one mailed on Nov 28, with the last tracking update in customs on Dec 9, is still MIA. Buyer opened an INR case today (Dec 28) - can't really blame them. I have until Jan 3 to respond so I'm hoping it starts moving this week otherwise I'm going to be out nearly $100 on this order. Ugh.
Also dealing with an unhappy buyer who's package has been stuck in customs since Dec 18. Messages me on Dec 24 saying "where is this, it was for Christmas!". Gave my best customer service response but I feel like that one isn't going to end well either.

My package customs "woes" (all Chicago based):
Sold December 14*, entered customs Dec 17th delivered on December 24
Sold December 11, entered customs Dec 14th left customs today, December 28
Sold December 9 entered customs Dec 12th left customs December 25
At least everything I've watched is on its way visibly now to the buyer.
(PS as per my normal rules I don't watch these things, I was watching the 3 above because the Dec 14th* one is the one that I got zapped the glitch Russian tariff fees and I was comparing it to the others, much to my surprise it just zoomed through the postal network!)

Same situation here. For those of us with packages where the tracking has just stopped…either “inbound into customs” or “processed through Chicago….”have customers asked where the item is or stated that they haven’t received them?
It is becoming more common for Canada Post shipments to just get delivered without delivery scans from usps. This has happened several times for me since tariffs began. But this is the first time I’ve actually used Zonos and paid the tariffs so I don’t know what the problem is. Looks like it’s back to UPS until this is figured out.
Being located in Calgary my orders in the past with CP to USA all go by way of Richmond via LAX. Customs and forwarded to destination. Never had issues with this routing other than fires or other weather blips. Max was a 2 or 3 day delays hold up in customs. Unfortunately very good chance with much of what I sell tariffs would be applicable. Paying them for buyers is just not a tool in my toolbox I can afford.
To risk using UPS seems dangerous for fears of buyers refusing if they don't like the duties owing and then me being on the hook for them. Throw in the unreliability of charges magically increasing (UPS/Fedex) after shipping would make me very nervous. Sounds like lesser of 2 evils. Tough choice!!!
Wonder if USPS was charging senders in the past if receivers refused to pay? Yes, they "did" have a system in place to charge receiver. 6.95 per line for processing plus duties owed, paid on delivery.

How far back in the past are we talking? The $800 de minimis was eliminated only four months ago. Prior to that, most eBay sales would have gone through customs without being charged and assessed import charges.
