I'm getting a message from eBay to update my account information

I'm getting a message from eBay to update my account information. The message is in My ebay Messages. It says to go to the Alert at the top of my page. I can't find the Alert so I don't know what they want updated. Any suggestions ?

Update. Someone at ebay must have read this message. I am now able to see the alert. Thank you.
